资格和要求的技能:

Personnel Administration (Thailand)
Salary: 4w-5w baht per month, social security is provided, and meal allowance is 30 baht per day
Specific requirements:
1. Manage the recruitment and selection process
2. Develop guidelines on supervision, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and human resource development
Coordinate the communication and implementation of human resource management policies with other departments and provide human resources advice.
Management of the factory's logistical and administrative work, such as cleaning the staffing of the factory office, etc
Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management process.
Handling workers' union negotiations and industrial relations

Qualifications and Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above in human resources
Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Experience as a human resources manager or other human resources executive.

6. Ability to establish and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
