岗位职责：

1、负责土耳其区域社交产品主播运营和付费运营，包括但不局限于大R运营；

2、对用户进行分层并制定不同的运营管理策略，为业务指标增长负责（活跃和收入）；

3、配合产品经理进行用户反馈梳理和市场调研，和用户沟通，从用户中提炼出需求优化点并推进落地；

4、对运营工作定期进行数据分析和总结，根据数据进一步优化运营方案，为最终目标负责。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上土耳其区域运营经验；

2、有成功泛娱乐/社交/游戏运营项目的经验，且有一定的运营方法论；

3、有对社交和语音房产品持续关注的习惯，对国内外泛娱乐/社交赛道的头部产品有自己的分析和思考；

4、良好的沟通表达能力，快速学习能力，一定的用户洞察力和分析提炼能力，心态开放，乐于学习成长；

Operation (Türkiye) remote
Annual salary: 300000 to 500000 RMB

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Türkiye regional social product anchor operation and payment operation, including but not limited to big R operation;

2. Stratify users and develop different operational management strategies, responsible for the growth of business indicators (activity and revenue);

3. Cooperate with the product manager to sort out user feedback and conduct market research, communicate with users, extract demand optimization points from users, and promote implementation;

4. Regularly analyze and summarize data on operational work, further optimize operational plans based on data, and take responsibility for the ultimate goal.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of operation experience in Türkiye;

2. Experience in successful pan entertainment/social/gaming operation projects, and possess certain operational methodologies;

3. Have a habit of continuously paying attention to social and voice room products, and have their own analysis and thinking on top products in the domestic and international entertainment/social arena;

4. Good communication and expression skills, quick learning ability, certain user insight and analytical refining ability, open-minded attitude, willing to learn and grow;

5. Passionate about exploration and research, seeking solutions through various methods when encountering problems and promoting their implementation
