As a Technical Lead at Lenovo, I’ve driven end-to-end development of innovative platforms that integrate cloud services, AI automation, and embedded systems. I led the creation of the Smart Remote Assistance (SRA) platform — a web-based diagnostic and visualization tool built with React, Node.js, and Babylon.js — improving service efficiency and global repair workflows.I also designed and implemented AI-assisted hardware validation systems and pre-boot diagnostic frameworks, resulting in patented technology (U.S. Patent 11,461,108) now part of Lenovo’s firmware ecosystem. My role combines technical leadership, architectural design, and mentorship, promoting code quality, performance, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.
