As a rapidly changing and bringing a sensitive issues that i don't learn, i can adapt and work hard to stay up to date on new platforms and hot trends that make it easier for my working company to track engagement, reach ROI and KPI metrics. Beside create and manage content for social media, I am working as a photographer, where the photos are used as material for creating content on social media. In my previous job as an IT Support at Bank Central Asia (BCA), one of the biggest financial bank in Indonesia, I honed my skills in customer service with BCA members (usually asked about EDC machine problem or other BCA product), email correspondence, hardware maintenance, and data entry, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, detail-oriented, and professionalism. I adeptly handled customer inquiries, scheduled meetings, and supported operational tasks.
