Ensure inventory accuracy, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency. 7. Ensure timely delivery by planning logistics routes and schedules. 8. Review financial data and use it to enhance profitability. 9. Manage budgets and forecast future expenses. 10. Implement quality control and monitor key performance indicators of staff.
1. New Product Launch Plan: A comprehensive plan covering the entire PLC, including release schedule, sales targets, store coverage, pre-launch, launch, and ongoing strategies, POSM (Point of Sale Materials) design and production, training materials follow-up, pre-order/first sales activities, retail budget, and incentive plans. 2. POSM Design and Production: Collaborate with designers and suppliers to complete the design and production of POSM within the specified timeline, according to the product release schedule assigned by Xiaomi China headquarters. 3. Develop Plans, Guides, and SOPs for concept stores, open channel markets, and kiosks, including equipment demonstrations, POSM layouts, and other branding materials. 4. Train regional staff on the application of plans, guides, and SOPs for concept stores, open channel markets, and kiosks. 5. Monitor sales performance of Xiaomi concept stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and analyze the data extracted. 6. Plan various roadshows/events/carnivals (e.g., National Day Carnival, Eid promotions, etc.). 7. Regularly visit and inspect stores, monitor/check the overall display of store layouts/POSM arrangements, establish good relationships with store/operations managers, listen to their opinions and feedback, and provide appropriate assistance. 8. Manage and oversee incentives for DKAs (District Key Accounts), retailers, and RAs (Retail Assistants).

Outlets Expansion – From location choosing – proposal – approval – quotation – construction – outlet opening. Sales & Retail on-ground team to submit store opening proposal, approve and execute by Malaysia HQ. 3. Develop Plans, Guides, and SOPs for concept stores, open channel markets, and kiosks, including equipment demonstrations, POSM layouts, and other branding materials. 4. Training Department – Guide and train HQ Training Manager and Regional Training Manager about outlets SOPs, display guideline to ensure plans to be executed on the ground. 5. Plan various roadshows/events/carnivals for OPPO stores. 6. Regularly visit stores, monitor/check the overall display of store layouts/POSM arrangements, establish good relationships with store/operations managers, listen to their opinions and feedback, and provide appropriate assistance.
