Job Description
Achieve regional sales and execution targets, including new product launches, store coverage, customer education, and visible execution of head office strategies at the regional level;
Conduct regular and planned customer visits according to assigned routes and visit requirements;
Develop and maintain key customer relationships, promote product and brand knowledge, and influence customer engagement;
Drive distribution and coverage targets during new product launches and ongoing sales cycles;
Ensure effective in-store execution, visibility, and promotional compliance across assigned channels;
Collect and report market feedback, sales performance data, and competitor activities to support continuous sales improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer management within the FMCG industry;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and conduct effective negotiations;
- Proven capability in customer development and relationship management;
- Strong execution skills, team collaboration mindset, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to integrate quickly into a team;
