We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to support regional sales growth through channel development, retail execution, and strong customer relationship management. This role plays a key part in new product launches, market execution, and brand presence across assigned territories.
Job Description
Achieve assigned regional performance targets, including new product launches, store coverage, customer education, and effective execution of headquarters’ strategies at the regional level;
Conduct regular and planned customer visits according to defined visit routes and schedules;
Maintain and develop key customer relationships, promote brand and product knowledge, and positively influence customer engagement;
Drive product distribution targets and retail coverage during new product launches;
Strengthen brand visibility and execution quality across retail and distribution channels;
Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support regional sales strategy optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer management or sales within the FMCG or pet industry;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and conduct effective negotiations;
- Proven ability in customer development and relationship management;
- Strong execution capability, teamwork mindset, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to integrate quickly into a team;
- Clear career development goals with a strong desire for growth and advancement;
- Experience in the pet industry or being a pet owner is considered a plus.
