What you are going to do
Enter the market: Visit decoration companies, decoration material markets and stores every day;
Sample display: Present sample information to target buyers
Monday Weekly Report: Number of Visits → Fill out the "Customer Visit and Communication Record" → Mark Potential Buyers
We expect you
Has door-to-door sales experience: has proactively visited decoration companies or stores and has successful contract signing records
Familiar with the local building materials and decoration service market
Fluent in Russian + basic Kazakh. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred
3-5 clients can be visited per week. (Travel expenses provided)

We provide
Outsourcing contracts within 6 months
Two-tiered compensation:
Fixed base salary: USD 200/week;
Reimbursable travel expenses. Agreed upon with clients based on different tasks
Result bonus: Set according to different tasks
Training: Content includes product knowledge and market trends
Flexible work: teleworking, result-oriented, no need for in-office attendance.
Development Space: More cooperation opportunities recommended by the platform can be obtained.

Signing Process
