My name is Aldo Alkautsar, from Tangerang Banten. I am excited to apply for this role. With over 4 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and geospatial operations, I am eager to contribute my expertise to drive your mission of innovation, sustainability, and delivering meaningful customer experiences.Currently, I work as a Location Data Analyst at SAT (Alfamart Group), where I ensure the accuracy of dashboard data, coordinate with 30 branch-level location managers on store permits and expansion planning, and conduct spatial analysis to evaluate competitor proximity and market potential.
Previously, I served as a Map Operation Associate at Appen (formerly Quadrant.io), where I managed operations related to POI (Point-of-Interest) data attributes. My responsibilities included ensuring the delivery of high-quality and accurate POI data that met client specifications. I utilized tools such as QGIS for spatial analysis, SQL for monitoring databases, and Python for automating data manipulation tasks, efficiently handling millions of data records. Additionally, I created dashboards using Google Sheets to track project progress and support data-driven decision-making. And I also managed project and team to finish the project.Before Appen, I worked at Grab Indonesia, where I contributed to the Grab Street-Level Imagery project across Southeast Asia. In this role, I utilized QGIS to prepare geospatial data, maintain coverage analyses, and generate detailed reports. I designed workflows (SOP) for mapping and road layer analysis, enabling field collectors to effectively gather data with geotagged photos. I also performed quality control checks to ensure high standards for collected data. I managed grab driver who joined this project and maintain their performance by conducting weekly call with them.Beyond technical expertise, I have honed strong communication and leadership skills. At Grab, I trained and supported drivers and vendors, providing guidance on hardware setup and survey protocols. At Appen, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including field, QA, and QC teams, to align project outcomes with client needs.
