Coordination with Hospitals and Clinics in connection with the legal documents of Hospitals and Clinics consisting of the Deed of Establishment Hospital and Clinic legal documents consisting of the deed of establishment, deed of amendment containing the composition of the board of directors updated, Operational Licence, NPWP, and Director's Certificate.3. Performed legal screening of the legal documents.4. Drafting Cooperation Agreements (Master Service Agreement, Addendum, Side Letter PRU Priority Hospitals), conducting a review process until the agreement/approval process is signed by both parties.4.
