Job Description
1. Sales & Business Development (60%)
· Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the swimming pool and HVAC markets.
· Identify and acquire B2B partners such as distributors, pool contractors, HVAC companies, and builders.
· Manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and installation professionals to drive product adoption.
· Prospect and generate leads in residential, commercial, and public sectors (hotels, schools, government buildings).
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
2. Market Expansion & Brand Promotion (25%)
· Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
· Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences (e.g., Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, AHR Expo).
· Develop localized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the California market.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop content, case studies, and promotional campaigns for the U.S. audience.
3. Customer Support & Technical Consultation (15%)
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
· Offer basic technical consultations to potential buyers (training provided).
· Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback for product improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or HVAC-related fields.
✅ Experience:
- 3+ yearsof experience in sales, business development, or market expansion.
- Background in swimming pool equipment, HVAC systems, renewable energy, or building technologies
✅ Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with heat pump technology, swimming pool heating systems, and HVAC applicationsis a plus.
- Understanding of California’s energy regulations, rebates, and sustainability policies(e.g., Title 24, energy incentives).
✅ Skills & Abilities:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independentlyand as part of a team.
- Ability to travelwithin California for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
✅ Language & Work Authorization:
- Fluent English required.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus(for internal communication with the headquarters).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.(Citizens or Green Card holders preferred).
