Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for recruitment in Indonesia.
2. Full support to identify and systematically gather employees’ development need, implement annual development plan, develop, and execute talent development programs and/or procedures in response to business needs, well arrange the internal and external training and related employees’ development activities.
3. Managing training & development projects and validating the training process and effectiveness.
4. As a key Culture Driver, responsible for all matters related to Company Culture, include promotion, training, and related activity.
5. Support the design and delivery of employer branding activities.
6. Responsible for performance management process.
7. Work with Global team, responsible for HR Program landing in Indonesia site, such as Local Employee Survey, Talent Management, Leadership Programs etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years of HR working experience in manufacturing, a minimum of 1 years' recruiting experience is preferred.
2. Experience in performance executing talent management projects and global HR programs is preferred.
3. Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills and organization skills, attention to detail; Flexible communication style which enables good interaction with people at various levels.
