Responsibilities
Shopify Product Operations
Manage product uploads and updates across multiple Shopify stores using bulk templates.
Maintain data integrity and consistency in pricing, tags, translations, and launch timing.
Marketplace Management
Oversee and optimize product listings on Amazon (Seller/Vendor/FBA), Cdiscount,
BOL, Cultura, Michaels, and other platforms. Use tools like Channable or Mirakl to ensure feed quality and smooth performance.
Inventory & Production Planning
Prepare reorders with our procurement team in China based on live sales data, inventory levels, and inbound shipments. Maintain accurate stock availability across all warehouses
and prevent overstock/shortages.
Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
Manage inbound container reception and stock transfers across our 3PL network in France, Spain, Germany, the UK, and the US. Ensure clean sync between warehouse
stock and Shopify inventory.
Operational Infrastructure
Improve backend workflows, identify inefficiencies, automate where possible, and create scalable systems across platforms and warehouses.
Reporting & Analysis
Build and manage key reports for stock, pricing, sell-through, forecasts, and promotions.
Expert-level Excel / Google Sheets skills required — including advanced formulas
(VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IFs), pivot tables, inventory forecasting models, error tracing, and dashboard creation. These skills must be second nature.
SEO Management
Take ownership of onsite SEO (collection logic, metadata, page structure) and coordinate with agencies to drive search performance across key markets.
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, creative, advertising, and customer support teams to ensure roduct launches, promos, and communications align with operations.
Digital & Performance Marketing Awareness
While you won’t run campaigns directly, it’s important to understand how operations support advertising. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and product feeds is a strong plus.
Analytics
Comfortable using Google Analytics or other performance tools to monitor trends, behavior, and support data-driven decisions.
