Summary
The Indonesian branch-PT. DALI FOODS INDONESIA needs to recruit a human resources specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day management of Indonesian employees.
Job Description
1.Responsible for the company's personnel process and information system combing and maintenance;
2.Responsible for the company's training and follow-up of new employees;
3.Responsible for the development of the company's recruitment work and the achievement of personnel recruitment;
4.Responsible for the personnel process handling and control of employee entry, change, resignation and promotion;
5.Employee relationship handling and organizational development;
6.Handle related matters assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Skills
- College degree or above, major in human resource management;
- More than 1 year of work experience in any module of labor relations, salary, recruitment and other modules of large enterprises, experience in group/large-scale manufacturing industry is preferred, proficient in human resources work and related skills;
- Familiar with relevant national laws and regulations, familiar with the operation process of various practices of human resource management;
- Good affinity, good communication and expression skills;
- Ability to communicate in Chinese.
