Summary

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement human resource strategies and measures that are consistent with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, and support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and retaining employees.
3. Supervise the performance evaluation system and support employee development
4. Manage the relationship with the bridge and the employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
5. Handle inquiries related to payrolls and resolve discrepancies, prepare monthly payroll reports and summaries for management and the finance team.
6. Ensure compliance with laws throughout the entire human resource management process, develop and monitor human resource indicators (such as turnover rate and engagement level), manage human resource personnel and provide guidance, coaching and leadership.
7. Organize and implement employee development training programs, maintain human resource records, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
8. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and contact suppliers for repair or maintenance.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office software to support our administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations and templates, ensuring that all documents meet high standards of accuracy, consistency and quality.
11. Maintain an orderly filing system for the company's records, documents and contracts.
12. Assist in the implementation and execution of office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
13. Serve as the liaison point for internal and external communication, including both written and oral communication. This may involve drafting emails, memorandums and reports. Assist with ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by the supervisor to support business and headquarters management needs.
Qualification Requirements:
Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
Experienced HR manager or related position (5 years or more), with a thorough understanding of labor laws and best practices in human resources.
3. Rich experience as an office manager, familiar with the establishment of new facilities or factories, and in-depth understanding of local government requirements (laws and regulations). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using human resources software and systems, and the ability to lead and develop the staff of the human resources department.
5. Candidates with human resources certifications (such as SHRM-CP, PHR), administrative manufacturing experience, and the ability to speak and present fluently in Mandarin are preferred.
