Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling customs clearance procedures for import and export goods, including but not limited to customs declaration, inspection, filing, etc., to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2. Tracking and monitoring the progress of customs clearance of goods, solving possible problems in a timely manner to ensure that goods pass through customs smoothly.
3. maintain close communication and cooperation with customs and other relevant departments, and coordinate the processing of relevant documents and papers.
4. assist customers in solving problems and questions in the process of customs clearance, provide professional counseling and advice, and maintain good customer relations.
5. Familiarize with and comply with relevant regulations, keep updating the customs clearance policy and process to ensure operational compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements.
1. with relevant customs clearance experience, familiar with Thailand's import and export cargo clearance process and regulations.
2. good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to maintain good relationship with customers and related departments.
3. have the ability to solve problems and adapt to changes, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
4. good communication skills in Thai and English, able to communicate effectively with international customers.
5. have some knowledge and understanding of international trade and logistics industry, relevant certificates or qualifications are preferred.
