Job Description
Job Responsibilities.
Develop supplier resources in line with company strategy.
-Assist the operations team in resolving exceptions in the supplier service process.
-Evaluate supplier service performance and monitor improvement metrics.
-Audit supplier operation status and compliance.
-Participate in new customer development and bidding process.
-Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred
Knowledge of import/export export, advanced ocean freight, mid-size freight forwarding and mid-size logistics.
Freight forwarding, logistics management or related work experience.
Experience in customs clearance management is preferred.
