Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, fully responsible for Mexico freight forwarding work, including customer BD, program development, customer offer development;
2、Develop and complete the overall annual, quarterly and monthly unit volume targets, key task indicators for Mexico freight transportation. Develop and assess the unit volume and key task indicators of the employees belonging to the division, so that the overall indicators of the division are reached;
3、Responsible for the development of local logistics suppliers, good supplier management, and complete the splicing of logistics service products;
4、Responsible for regional potential customers business opportunities. Division of internal sales management to form a closed loop, including stranger, customer analysis, contracting progress analysis;
5、Complete internal and external resource docking, promote project cooperation and signing, process pull-through, operational quality and single volume targets;
6、Develop and optimize the operation standard process of Mexican component companies, develop and optimize the operation specification for suppliers, and regularly analyze and assess the service quality of suppliers;
7、Responsible for market competition intelligence collection, so that the regional marketing customer acquisition ability in the peer more competitive advantage.
8、Responsible for regular review of all projects in the branch (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annually), to maintain good customer relations;
9、Execute other work delivered by the company or superiors.
Qualifications & Skills
Tenure requirements:
1, 5 years and above international logistics industry sales and management experience, proficient in export air, land and sea, international freight forwarding business;
2, China to Mexico trunk logistics service providers, international freight forwarding customer resources are preferred;
3, self-driven, willing to accept challenges, innovative spirit;
4, good organizational skills, expression ability, adaptability, business negotiation ability;
5, English / Spanish can be used as a working language, familiar with the local culture and market environment;
