Position: Discord Community Specialist (Gaming Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate game communities on Discord to maintain positive engagement and healthy interactions
- Keep community vibes lively through creative content while enforcing community guidelines
- Build 1:1 relationships with key community members to gather feedback and insights
- Design and execute engaging online/offline events to boost player retention
- Serve as vital bridge between SEA players and China HQ through daily reporting
We Need Someone Who:
- Has 1+ years hands-on experience in gaming community management or player engagement
- Speaks English at professional level (C1+) with cross-cultural communication skills
- Thrives in remote work environment with flexible Asia-timezone availability
- Understands gaming culture and can speak players' language naturally
- Bonus points for: Streaming experience/Passion for RPG games/Thai language skills
