Hello hii..Please to introduce with my nick name Gustav. Being humble and nice person also interest to gather and adapt to enviroment work neither in small or big group..Disicipline, Focus and Honest is their part of my personal skills. With a good communication, coordination always try build good relation and then work value work as individual or team. Communication - Trust - Honest must to implemented in awork ethic culture which ultimately made a good teamwork and values for business company's.
  1. Build up good habits with internal departement in team division like always start a workday with brief the team (Morning, Day, Night Brief)
  2. Review - evaluate performance teams to seeing how their work progress/process.
  3. Open mind with discussion to let them create many idea/suggestion until solve the obstacles/issues happened in small and big team.
  4. Coahing - Training with Corporate policies also goals target.
With work experiences mostly in operations, the last challenging work experience in Warehouse and Logistic this is a new things but can do the best with learning at many part of business and system.
