Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, based on the company's wind control, anti-fraud and other products, for enterprise-level customers to provide IT consulting and solution services, and according to industry characteristics and laws, to assist sales to provide pre-sales consulting;
2, provide project pre-sales support and technical support, including business consulting, program planning and explanation, product demonstration, tender production, and guide sales;
3, the production and training of product sales tools, including industry solutions, presentation materials, customer cases, competitive analysis;
4、Train sales staff in pre-sales product knowledge, industry knowledge and presentation skills;
5、Assist the implementation department to complete customer demand confirmation, system implementation and project acceptance;
6、Organize and coordinate POC projects, control test progress and test quality, support POC summary report; 7、Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities, develop regional market expansion strategy;
8、Feedback to the product department customer product improvement needs, enhance product market share.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1, Base overseas, can accept long time traveling is preferred;
2、English can be used as the working language;
3、Bachelor degree or above, with a sound knowledge framework and systematic thinking, familiar with wind control, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling and other related technologies;
4, more than 3 years of program or consulting work experience, credit risk, anti-fraud risk, big data security work experience is preferred;
5, strong program pre-sales professionalism, understanding of the development of financial technology risk control industry dynamics and trends, experience in the field of financial technology is preferred;
6, good communication skills and program writing skills, good at summarizing and analyzing, able to solve the problems encountered by customers in the process of product use;
7, positive and optimistic, strong communication skills, strong learning ability, cross-departmental communication skills and teamwork ability, with rich pre-sales consulting and bidding experience;
