Job Description

Job responsibilities:
1.Staff planning and staffing: assist the business in human resource planning and be responsible for the recruitment of overseas local staff by building an overseas recruitment resource pool.
2.Training and Talent Development: Landing qualification system, talent inventory, reserve echelon construction and other talent development projects and training program planning and implementation, to improve the matching degree of people and organizational capacity.
Performance Management: Use efficient performance management tools to drive and assist business units to complete performance objectives and improve organizational performance.
3. Compensation and Welfare Management: Assist in building and implementing compensation and incentive mechanism and overseas welfare system to stimulate team vitality.
4. Corporate Culture and Employee Relationship Management: Create a positive organizational atmosphere through employee care and cultural atmosphere building to enhance employee retention and work efficiency; handle employee feedback and labor relations disputes.
5. Human resource system construction: assist in improving overseas human resource management system in accordance with local laws and culture; human resource informationization construction.

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above;
2. more than 3 years of working experience, new energy industry is preferred, experience in overseas initial construction of enterprises is preferred.
3. General competence
(1) Good communication and coordination skills;
(2) Cross-cultural communication skills with previous experience in cross-cultural communication;
(3) English or German can be used as working language, additional mastery of minor languages is preferred;
(4) Good sense of goal and result orientation and stress resistance.
4. Professional knowledge and skills
(1) Management or related majors;
(2) Work experience in at least two HR modules and the ability to master professional knowledge of HR management.
