Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Distribution Operational Management: Oversee the

comprehensive distribution operational management, including but not limited to

material storage management, inventory management, order fulfillment, and

shipping management. Systematically responsible for distribution indicators.

2. Warehouse and Logistics Management: Organize and supervise the

comprehensive warehouse and logistics management to ensure orders are

fulfilled with the required quantity and quality in a timely manner.

3. System Optimization: Organize and supervise the development and continuous

optimization of the distribution systems.

4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Lead continuous improvement and

innovation of efficient distribution.

5. Personnel Management: Oversee distribution personnel management, including

employee training and continued education, cultural development, and talent pool

building.

6. Geographical Scope: Manage distribution within Mexico, as well as to the

United States and other Latin American countries.

7. Customs and Documentation: Handle customs declarations and related

documentation, for both inbound and outbound.
