Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business units to understand business strategies and promote effective planning and implementation of HR strategies in the business units;
2. Provide support for the development of the organization; provide organizational security to the department through the establishment of mechanisms, including talent acquisition, talent development, talent incentives, talent retention and other human resources work;
3. Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of HR experience, proficient in 1-2 areas of human resources, IT or security industry experience is preferred, with the ability to look at human resources from a business perspective;
2. Familiar with the day-to-day management of human resources workflow; understanding and mastery of human resources management tools, technologies and resources;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good learning ability; 4. Clear thinking and agile thinking, strong problem driving ability, good oral and written expression; 5. Thai language can be used as a working place; working in Bangkok, Thailand.
