Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensively coordinate warehouse management affairs (including warehouse operation cost accounting, warehouse planning, goods storage, inbound and outbound management, warehouse operation efficiency, etc.), continuously improve warehouse management systems and processes;

2. Responsible for the daily management of the warehousing department, arranging employee work reasonably and efficiently, inspecting, supervising, and assessing employee attendance and work attitude, and evaluating employee compliance with work procedures and standards;

3. Responsible for managing the inbound, outbound, return, and in stock management of stored goods, and developing inventory plans to ensure inventory accuracy, accurate inventory quantities, and cargo safety;

4. Supervise and participate in monthly inventory checks in the warehouse, randomly inspect the inventory quantity of goods, verify the accuracy of inventory checks, ensure that the accounts, goods, and cards match, strictly handle product errors according to regulations, and promptly report inventory status and variance analysis;

5. Develop and implement a training plan for warehouse employees, regularly assess and evaluate the quality of their work, and objectively and fairly implement performance incentives for employees;

6. Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, optimize warehouse management methods and processes reasonably, and effectively control warehouse operating costs;

7. Efficient and scientific management of warehouse commodity storage locations, continuous work optimization and improvement plans are proposed based on the current status of warehouse operations to ensure maximum warehouse utilization;

8. Timely and efficiently handle various major emergencies.

Qualifications & Skills

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management, fluent in both Chinese and English;
  2. Familiar with the logistics warehouse industry in the United States, familiar with the labor employment situation in the United States, with more than 8 years of experience in logistics warehouse management in the retail industry, and more than 50 team management experience;
  3. Having a pragmatic and dedicated work style, good logical thinking ability and written language expression ability, good leadership, negotiation, communication and coordination skills, execution ability, as well as team innovation and cooperation spirit;
  4. Proficient in operating commonly used office software, proficient in using analytical tools such as Excel and Access;
  5. Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in project implementation such as the establishment, planning, cost accounting, and scheme design of large warehouse new warehouses;
  6. Priority given to obtaining a US green card and citizenship
