Arrange the goods picking according to the order requirements to ensure the accuracy of the product model and quantity; strictly implement the checking process before leaving the warehouse to check the order and the actual goods to avoid shipping errors.
3. Team management and coordination
Manage the warehouse team, reasonably allocate work tasks, supervise employees' work progress, and conduct regular skills training to improve team efficiency and professional ability.
4. Data entry and system operation
Responsible for real-time data entry of outbound shipments to ensure the consistency between system information and actual shipments; maintain outbound accounts and regularly update related records to ensure clear and accurate accounts.
5. Shipment Timeliness and Exception Handling
Follow up the progress of order shipment to ensure timely completion of customer needs; deal with abnormal problems in shipment (such as out of stock, wrong shipment, transportation delay), timely feedback and coordination to solve.
6. Cargo packaging and safety inspection
Supervise the cargo packing operation to ensure that the goods are safe and undamaged during transportation; guide the team to use packaging materials and tools correctly to reduce the risk of loss and breakage.
7. Outbound area management and optimization
Responsible for the cleanliness and order management of the outbound area, optimize the placement of goods and operation process, improve the efficiency of outbound storage and warehouse utilization rate.
8. Safe operation and equipment maintenance
Ensure that the outbound operation is in line with the company's safety regulations, and guide the staff to operate safely; regularly check and maintain the relevant equipment (e.g. scanner, truck) to avoid equipment failure affecting the operation.
9. Communication and Reporting
Regularly report to the warehouse supervisor on the progress, problems and suggestions for improvement; maintain close communication with logistics, sales and other related departments to ensure smooth delivery.
