Job responsibilities :
1, discovery, contact, marketing, maintenance of medium and large customers, and medium and large customers to establish a good customer relationship, as the project owner to complete the business opportunity to the return of the entire sales process management, to complete the corresponding customer annual, quarterly and monthly marketing indicators;
2、Familiar with the company's various product modules, combined with the company's cost of each product, according to the understanding of customer needs, to develop sales selling price, develop integrated and output solutions;
3, actively and effectively collect and feedback market information, assist the team to deepen the understanding of the market;
4, the development of individual and team sales plan, the industry head of customers to dig deep, to achieve business model innovation and set a benchmark, to establish the company's service reputation and brand;
5、Responsible for the development of cross-border business needs of customers in the Thai market, to complete the sales target, the general leader to complete the bidding work of large customers;
6、Responsible for the maintenance of customer relations in Thailand, regularly visit the company's important customers, monthly/quarterly KPI review, maintain customer relations;
7、Designate project manager for each project, review and optimize according to weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual dimensions;
8, follow up the responsible customers from the lead to the whole chain of cashback indicators, including the number of customer reports, business opportunities, conversion rate, customer turnover rate, customer shipment rate, timely rate of cashback and other indicators.
