Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The first stage is responsible for:
1, shopping mall planning, site selection, maintenance of local government relations, 0-1 system shopping mall system building;
The second stage is responsible for:
1 Based on the company's business strategy, through the implementation of sales plans, inventory management, profit and cost control, risk management, personnel management, customer service and other means, comprehensive management of shopping mall operations, to ensure that sales, profits and other expected goals;
2 Coordinate the operation of all departments in the store, organize, develop and implement personnel development, training programs, develop team development goals and implementation plans, and continue to improve team morale and quality of personnel;
3 omni-directional promotion and implementation of the company's culture, organization designation and publicity, interpretation, delivery of the company's relevant policies;
4 Establish and maintain the company's brand image and establish good community relations, establish and maintain good communication with relevant government departments to ensure a favorable external operating environment;
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements:
1, North America's well-known brand shopping mall chains;
2, more than 5 years of experience in shopping mall management, the same position experience of not less than 3 years or more;
3, speak Chinese, Chinese, Chinese-American is preferred
