Overseas B-Side Leader (Europe/Germany, France, Italy, Spain) case by case/up to 30w USD
Job Description
· Assemble and manage the local team;
· Lead the team to design and deliver the sales strategy, planning and execution to achieve the business objective;
· Formulate yealy and monthly budget for both sales revenue and profit from 2025, on basis of HQ requirement, ;
· Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential, establish the sales network for both online and offline;
· Report to HQ leader about the operation and performance weekly and monthly.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
- 8 years working experiences in B2B business model at least;
- Good leadership and people management;
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skill;
- Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude.
