Job Description
Job responsibilities :
1.Learning and understanding of the company's management system: trainees are required to understand the company's various business areas and departmental operation modes by rotating in various departments, laying a foundation for future management.
2. Participate in the daily operation of the company: Executive trainees need to actively participate in the company's various business activities, and participate in the planning and execution of projects, in order to accumulate practical experience for future management.
3. Learning and mastering management skills: Through training and learning, trainees need to master management-related Pm knowledge and skills, such as team management, project management, communication and coordination, etc., in order to prepare for future management.
4. Provide management opinions and suggestions: Management trainees need to accumulate experience in practice, provide opinions and suggestions for the company's strategy and management, and participate in the development and implementation of management decisions.
5. Cooperate with other team members: Management trainees need to work closely with other team members to accomplish team goals and tasks and develop teamwork skills.
6. Completing other work assigned by supervisors: Management trainees need to complete other work assigned by supervisors according to the company's requirements, such as statistics and analysis of reports, organization and recording of meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
1、Bachelor/Science major and above
2, English four or above
3, have a certain learning ability and independent learning ability, able to learn and improve themselves in a rapidly changing work environment.
