Human Resource Administration Post (base Laos) Kip 6-8 Million
Job Description
Job responsibilities :
1, responsible for organizing and carrying out the formulation, modification and preparation of human resources rules and regulations, and organizing and supervising the implementation after approval;
2、Responsible for establishing and improving the construction of human resources system such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary and welfare, and employee relations in Laos;
3、Responsible for guiding and managing the specific work of each module of human resources, and carrying out the daily management and team building work of the management department;
4、Responsible for the signing of employees in Laos and the processing of various types of certificates;
5、Responsible for the promotion of the company's corporate culture construction;
6、Responsible for the headquarters of the various management systems in Thailand local application and landing, cultural integration, build local human resources management system;
7、Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Qualifications & Skills
Post qualifications:
1, bachelor's degree, human resource management, business administration, psychology and other related majors;
2、Five years and above human resources related work experience;
3, rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, specializing in recruitment, training, performance and other modules, familiar with Thailand's national and local relevant policies and laws and regulations;
4、Have good management skills in planning, organizing, coordinating and innovation.
