Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
[ Overseas Travel Business ] - (Passenger Operation Direction)
1.Identify, analyze the scene characteristics and user behavior, develop some series of strategies, play for the transaction scale is responsible for;.
2.Build and maintain user operation system, including: user activation, retention, recall mechanism, etc., and manage user life cycle.
3.Construct and monitor the funnel of each channel within the platform and the conversion of the transaction process to analyze user behavior, gain insight into the driving factors of conversion and optimize the funnel.
4.AB test, experiments and data-driven operations and product decision-making, to achieve rapid iterative optimization.
5.Collaborate with channel students in cross-departmental cooperation (including product, operation, marketing, Bl), to promote the growth of the project, rapid landing and realization.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements.
1.Bachelor degree or above, 5-8 years of experience in internet growth operation or user kokusan operation or strategy operation, product operation experience in passenger side/supply and demand side/user growth is preferred.
2.Excellent logical ability and data sensitivity to analyze and identify problems.
3.Strong sense of user, good at grasping user psychology from the perspective of user and product experience, familiar with all kinds of user behaviors, and able to abstract user layering and growth strategy:.
4.Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and coordination skills, can promote business, development, operation and other resources to complete the project goals;.
5.English proficiency is preferred.
