Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, develop strategic direction: responsible for the development of the company's long-term strategic direction, including market analysis, competitive strategy, product positioning. Pay close attention to global e-commerce trends to ensure that the company can quickly adapt to the changing market environment.
2、Manage the operation team: set up and manage the team, including customer service, logistics, purchasing, sales and other departments, to ensure that team members can work together efficiently to achieve the company's operational goals and business growth.
3、Expand the market: Responsible for the company's market expansion, in-depth understanding of the market culture, consumer habits and laws and regulations, to ensure that the company can successfully enter and establish a foothold in the local market.
4、Financial management and risk control: responsible for the company's financial management and risk control. Formulate reasonable financial budgets and cost control strategies to ensure that the company's financial position is good. Qualifications & Skills
Post qualifications:
1, education and experience: college degree or above, with more than 5 years of industry experience in food, FMCG, new retail, Internet or related fields;
2, team management: with excellent team leadership and management skills, able to set up, train and motivate the team, and promote the team to achieve performance goals;
3、Communication skills: excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively with all parties to solve business challenges;
4、Risk management: have a clear understanding of the risks in the business, able to formulate and implement risk management strategies to ensure sound business development.
