Job content:
1、Responsible for the sales objectives of the city under the jurisdiction of the strategic landing, through personnel training team formation, strategy development and implementation, resource allocation to create efficient city management team;
2, according to the sales task to develop the department's sales strategy and plan, management of the sales team, to promote the research of customer demand, grasp the sales process and constantly review the sales action, the implementation of the company's sales strategy and process; can be combined with the market competition for the city sales strategy, the dynamic adjustment of procurement strategy;
3、Cooperate with other departments in the city, take necessary communication and promotion on resource demand, synergy demand, etc., cooperate with various departments of the company, deal with the problems in sales in a timely manner, and continue to optimize the strategy and plan.
Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements.
1, with entrepreneurial spirit, accept long-term stationed outside the work environment, with from 0 to 1 city-level takeaway new business development ability;
2, with O2O industry work experience, well-known takeaway platform background is preferred (Hungry, Meituan, etc.), have a deep understanding of the O2O industry and thinking;
3、With more than 2 years of experience in managing a BD business development team of more than 20 people;
4、With international takeaway business development experience is preferred.
