Job Description

Job responsibilities:
1, in the framework of the company's human resources strategy, policies and guidelines, establish and implement human resources policies and action plans to support the company to achieve the expected business objectives;
2、Responsible for organizing the drafting, modification and improvement of human resources related management system and workflow;
3、Responsible for recruitment, training, compensation, assessment, employee relations and other day-to-day management of human resources;
4、Responsible for organizing the preparation of job descriptions for various departments;
5、Regularly conduct HR data analysis and submit company HR analysis report;
6、According to the industry and the company's development situation, assist in the development of the company's salary system, incentive system and is responsible for the implementation;
7、Assist in supervising and controlling the performance evaluation process of each department and continuously improve the performance management system;
8, to help promote the formation of the company's philosophy and corporate culture;
9、Assist HRD to develop the company's overall strategic planning for human resources;
10、Responsible for the department's daily affairs management, to help complete the department's staff work assessment, incentives and departmental funds budget and control work, the company arranged other work.
11, with good communication and management skills to the top, coordinate the needs of various departments, with good objective mobility, standing in the company's strategic perspective and thinking for personnel management work.

Qualifications & Skills

Post qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related majors;
2, more than 5 years of Internet e-commerce human resources manager work experience, Internet e-commerce industry experience is preferred;
3, a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management model and rich practical experience;
4、Have in-depth knowledge of all functional modules of human resource management, and be able to guide the work of each functional module;
5, familiar with national, regional and corporate laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance and welfare benefits, training and other aspects;
6、Strong communication, coordination, team leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, career-oriented, with the ability to resist pressure.
