Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the maintenance and management of Amazon platform-USA group, mainly communicating with customers in the form of emails;
2.Properly handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction with products and services, handle pre-sale and post-sale work, and maintain the good operation of the account. Collect and feedback product information, provide product decision basis for other departments;
3.Handle customer orders in a timely manner and track the progress of orders to ensure that orders are completed smoothly and on time;
岗位职责:
1. 负责亚马逊平台-美国组的维护管理,主要以邮件的形式与客户进行沟通;
2. 妥善处理客户投诉,确保客户对产品和服务的满意度,处理售前售后的工作,维护账号的良好运行。收集并反馈产品信息,为其他部门提供产品决策依据;
3. 及时处理客户订单并跟踪订单进展状况,确保订单顺利按时完成;
Qualifications & Skills

3.Full-time undergraduate level or above.
