Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1, according to the company's categories to develop and explore potential European and American market to B customers, the use of a variety of channels to develop customer resources, the use of the Internet, e-mail, telephone, online meetings and other forms to promote overseas to B customers in the independent station orders;
2、 Maintain important to B customer relations, analyze and explore the potential of customer demand;
3、 Responsible for tracking business processes, system optimization and inter-departmental work coordination to assist in optimizing the sales process, constantly improve business accuracy and efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction rich business multifaceted cooperation.
岗位职责：
1、 根据公司品类开拓和挖掘潜在欧美市场to B客户，利用多种渠道开发客户资源,利用网络、邮件、电话、线上会议等多种形式促进海外to B客户在独立站下单；
2、 维护重要to B客户的合作关系，分析并深度挖掘客户的需求潜力；
3、 负责跟踪业务流程、系统优化和部门间的工作协调协助优化销售流程，不断提升业务准确度和效率，提升客户的满意丰富业务多方面合作。
Qualifications & Skills
Posting requirements:
1, foreign trade industry more than 3 years of work experience, large-scale tools and equipment products are preferred; University English level 6 or above, no obstacles in communication with foreign customers;
2, bachelor degree or above, international trade, business English related majors are preferred, overseas sales position work experience, the ability to independently develop overseas target customers;
3, good learning ability and understanding, careful, focused, have for customer service patience and persistence.
任职要求：
- 外贸行业3年以上工作经历，有大型工具设备产品优先； 大学英语六级或以上，与国外客户沟通交流无障碍；
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语相关专业优先，有海外销售岗位工作经验，有独立开拓海外目标客户的能力；
- 良好的学习能力与理解能力，细心、专注，有为客户服务的耐心与坚持。
