岗位职责

  1. 根据销售目标,制定详尽的销售计划并完成销售任务;
  2. 收集市场信息,分析所负责区域或国家的产品需求及竞争对手状况,制定销售策略;
  3. 根据所负责区域或国家的市场特点,扩大销售网络,与经销商建立长期稳定的合作关系,并对经销商实施激励措施;
  4. 根据所负责区域或国家的目标市场状况,发掘项目机会,制定项目实施计划;
  5. 根据业务需要,与相关部门合作举办路演、产品推广会和展销会、经销商会议等活动;
  6. 根据销售合同催收账款,提高回款率,降低呆账率。

任职要求

1、3-5年工作经验,其中海外项目拓展经验2-3年,熟悉招投标流程,有过成功的政府项目运作和落地经验

2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和客户挖掘能力,最好有安防、通信类代理和客户资源;

3、有强烈销售责任心和驱动力,习惯在销售KPI压力下工作,敢于承担销售任务;

4、具备换位思考和共情能力,能站在客户的角度输出解决方案,或通过共情达成谈判目标

5、具备独立工作和主动闭环能力,能独立分析、处理和引导项目需求,逻辑性强,能快速抓住重点,并主动拉通资源支持和完成闭环;

6、具备解决方案理解和宣讲能力,有独到的思路及结合客户需求的讲故事能力;

7、具备与政企客户高层对话能力和接待能力,熟悉高层客户接待方式和流程;

8、能适应频繁的中长期海外独立出差或者常驻,可以接受出差频率累计在全年的8个月及以上,以开拓中西非国家为主;

9、法语可以作为工作语言。

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop detailed sales plans and complete sales tasks based on sales targets;
  2. Collect market information, analyze product demand and competitor status in the responsible region or country, and develop sales strategies;
  3. Based on the market characteristics of the responsible region or country, expand the sales network, establish long-term stable cooperative relationships with distributors, and implement incentive measures for distributors;
  4. Based on the target market conditions of the responsible region or country, explore project opportunities and develop project implementation plans;
  5. Cooperate with relevant departments to organize roadshows, product promotion events, trade shows, dealer conferences, and other activities according to business needs;
  6. According to the sales contract, collect accounts, increase the collection rate, and reduce the bad debt rate.

Job requirements

  1. 3-5 years of work experience, including 2-3 years of overseas project expansion experience, familiar with the bidding process, and have successful experience in government project operation and implementation
  2. Have keen market insight and customer discovery ability, preferably with security and communication agents and customer resources;
  3. Strong sense of sales responsibility and drive, accustomed to working under sales KPI pressure, and willing to take on sales tasks;
  4. Capable of empathizing and putting oneself in others' shoes, able to provide solutions from the customer's perspective or achieve negotiation goals through empathy
  5. Capable of independent work and proactive closed-loop management, able to independently analyze, process, and guide project requirements, with strong logical thinking, able to quickly identify key points, and actively mobilize resources to support and complete closed-loop management;
  6. Capable of understanding and presenting solutions, with unique thinking and storytelling skills that combine customer needs;
  7. Capable of communicating and receiving high-level government and enterprise clients, familiar with the reception methods and processes for high-level clients;
  8. Capable of adapting to frequent long-term overseas independent business trips or permanent residency, and able to accept a cumulative frequency of business trips of 8 months or more throughout the year, with a focus on developing countries in Central and West Africa;
  9. French can be used as a working language.
