岗位职责:
1、按照集团战略要求及经营发展目标,制定相关人力资源发展战略;
2、建立并完善人力资源管理体系,研究设计管理的模式(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及组织架构等体系的全面建设),制定和完善人力资源管理制度;
3、提供人力资源、组织架构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平,控制人力资源成本;
4、针对多层次人才的诉求,提供相关培养、保留的人力资源政策,以提升人才良性循环。
任职要求:
1、统招本科以上学历,5-8年人力资源工作经验,精通中+英+泰或者中+泰语言;
2、有在大型制造业、照明行业、物联网等行业公司从事HR工作经验优先;
3、了解人力资源各模块基本工作,熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规;
4、具备良好的沟通协调、团队合作能力,有较强的自我驱动力。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop relevant human resource development strategies in accordance with the group's strategic requirements and business development goals;
2. Establish and improve a human resource management system, research and design management models (including comprehensive construction of recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and organizational structure systems), and develop and improve human resource management systems;
3. Provide advice on human resources, organizational structure, and other aspects, and strive to improve the company's overall management level and control human resource costs;
4. To address the demands of multi-level talents, provide relevant human resources policies for training and retention, in order to enhance the virtuous cycle of talent.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5-8 years of human resources work experience, proficient in Chinese+English+Thai or Chinese+Thai language;
2. Experience in HR work in large manufacturing, lighting, IoT and other industries is preferred;
3. Understand the basic work of various modules in human resources, familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork abilities, and strong self motivation.
