岗位职责:
1、负责对应日本市场的市场开拓和业绩达成,对最终的业绩结果负责;
2、负责对应区域产品销售策略、销售计划、销售渠道的规划和实施;
3、负责对应区域销售费用的管控;
任职要求:
1、 日语听说读写流利,熟悉日本市场;
2、 对照明或家电及智能家居领域熟悉,具备5年以上销售工作经验,熟悉ODM模式、有大型制造型企业海外销售经验者优先;
3、 具备统筹规划和资源调配能力,市场开拓能力强,能够提供解决方案;
4、 踏实务实,条理和逻辑性强、善于通过问题的解决挖掘客户需求,有进取心。
5、 能力要求:逻辑思维清晰,可独立开展客户关系构建工作,沟通能力强,推动内部流程顺利进行;
6、 个性特质:成功欲望强,充满激情,主动性高,对信息变化敏锐度高。
Business Development Director (Work Location: Xiamen&Japan) Annual Salary RMB 100-200W
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market development and performance achievement in the corresponding Japanese market, and accountable for the final performance results;
- Responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, sales plans, and sales channels for corresponding regional products;
- Responsible for controlling sales expenses in the corresponding region;
Job requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese listening, speaking, reading, and writing, familiar with the Japanese market;
- Familiar with the fields of lighting, home appliances, and smart homes, with over 5 years of sales experience. Familiar with ODM models and with overseas sales experience in large manufacturing enterprises is preferred;
- Capable of overall planning and resource allocation, strong market development ability, and able to provide solutions;
- Practical and down-to-earth, with strong organization and logic, adept at exploring customer needs through problem-solving, and ambitious.
- Ability requirements: Clear logical thinking, able to independently carry out customer relationship building work, strong communication skills, and promote smooth internal processes;
- Personality traits: Strong desire for success, passionate, highly proactive, and sensitive to changes in information.
