海外资金经理（工作地点：长沙&荷兰） 年薪RMB 40-50W

职位描述

1、负责集团海外资金管理，包括账户管理、余额管理、资金调度、资金计划与执行分析、融资授信、财务费用分析、集中化和司库信息维护等；

2、负责集团海外融资管理，包括融资规划、授信申请、渠道维护、成本控制、贷后事务等；

3、负责集团外汇风险管理，收集并分析外汇敞口，制定管理方案，结合金融工具，降低外汇风险；

4、负责集团海外投资业务的备案、资金安排、信息报送等工作。

岗位要求：

1、具有跨国集团资金管理背景和经验，或金融机构对公为跨国集团客户的业务经验；熟悉资金结算与集中管理、银行账户、融资授信、外汇风险管理等相关工作内容；

2、了解国家跨境投资、外汇管理政策，有跨境资金池运用、外汇管理实操经验优先；

3、具备扎实的财务基础知识、良好的数据分析能力、跨文化跨部门沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够独立解决问题并承受一定工作压力；

4、英语流利，可作为工作语言。

Overseas fund manager (working location: Changsha&Netherlands) with an annual salary of RMB 40-50 million

Job Description

1. Responsible for overseas fund management of the group, including account management, balance management, fund scheduling, fund planning and execution analysis, financing credit, financial expense analysis, centralization and treasury information maintenance, etc;
2. Responsible for overseas financing management of the group, including financing planning, credit application, channel maintenance, cost control, post loan affairs, etc;
3. Responsible for the group's foreign exchange risk management, collecting and analyzing foreign exchange exposures, developing management plans, and combining financial instruments to reduce foreign exchange risks;
4. Responsible for the filing, fund arrangement, and information submission of the group's overseas investment business.

Job requirements:

1. Having a background and experience in fund management for multinational corporations, or business experience with financial institutions serving as clients for multinational corporations; Familiar with work related to fund settlement and centralized management, bank accounts, financing credit, foreign exchange risk management, etc;
2. Having knowledge of national cross-border investment and foreign exchange management policies, and practical experience in cross-border fund pool utilization and foreign exchange management is preferred;
3. Having a solid foundation in financial knowledge, excellent data analysis skills, cross-cultural and cross departmental communication and coordination abilities, and a team spirit, able to independently solve problems and withstand certain work pressures;
4. Fluent in English, suitable as a working language.
