Job Description

Position: Channel Management Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. According to the company's marketing strategy, responsible for promoting the company’s products and sales strategies, conducting business negotiations, securing customer orders, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable;
  2. Analyze product demand and competitor status in the assigned regions or countries, and develop sales strategies accordingly;
  3. Responsible for channel development, executing sales and marketing plans, actively seeking and evaluating potential channel partners, developing channel cooperation proposals, and participating in key client negotiations and business development.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years or more of work experience, with experience in managing overseas projects or channel sales and management, especially in Latin American markets (such as Peru, Mexico, Chile, etc.), with experience in distribution sales;
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiency in Spanish as a working language;
  3. Ability to independently develop regional markets and establish and maintain channel customer relationships;
  4. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and good teamwork spirit;
  5. Resident in China, willing to accept short-term business trips to Latin America.

  • 根据公司营销策略,负责公司产品和销售策略推广,商务谈判,争取客户订单,完成销售目标,确保应收货款回款;
  • 分析所负责区域或国家的产品需求及竞争对手状况,制定销售策略;
  • 负责渠道开发,执行销售和市场推广计划,积极寻找和审定渠道商,开拓渠道合作方案,参与重点客户攻关与谈判。

任职要求:

  • 有5年及以上工作经验,有操作海外项目经验或渠道销售、管理经验;
  • 本科及以上学历,西语可作为工作语言;
  • 能够独立开发区域市场及开发和维护渠道客户关系;
  • 具备较强的沟通能力和良好的团队协作精神;
  • 国内常驻,可接受短期出差。

(秘鲁/墨西哥/智利等拉美国家的渠道经验均可,分销销售)
