工作职责:
职责一:提供全面法律支持
1、起草、审核、完善公司各类经济合同、采购文件及其他法律文件;
2、为公司采购、贸易、生产、工程建设以及其他业务经营有关的事项提供法律支持,进行调查研究,提出可行性意见以及解决方案。
职责二:法律合规风险控制
1、就公司对外经济活动、对内组织管理的法律合规风险进行识别、评估、提醒、防范;
2、建立完善公司法律事务管理制度,法律宣传与培训,管理外聘法律顾问。
职责三:处理纠纷
1、组织处理各类诉讼、非诉讼纠纷案件。
职责四: 合同管理
1、拟定公司合同管理制度,并不断完善;
2、统一组织制定公司各类格式合同文本,参与非格式合同的拟定;
3、完成公司本部合同的审核、归档工作;
4、监督合同的履行,参与处理合同履行中的重大问题;
5、指导主持各部门合同回款落实;
6、完成部门重要资料的入档保存工作;
任职资格:
全日制本科以上学历,法学专业,精通民商法、招投标法等法律法规、行业规范以及操作准则,熟悉法律事务的实际操作处理,具备企业管理知识

operating duty:
Responsibility 1: Provide comprehensive legal support
1. Draft, review, and improve various economic contracts, procurement documents, and other legal documents of the company;
2. Provide legal support for matters related to the company's procurement, trade, production, engineering construction, and other business operations, conduct investigations and research, propose feasible opinions and solutions.
Responsibility 2: Legal Compliance Risk Control
1. Identify, assess, remind, and prevent legal compliance risks related to the company's external economic activities and internal organizational management;
2. Establish and improve the company's legal affairs management system, legal publicity and training, and manage external legal advisors.
Responsibility 3: Handling Disputes
1. Organize the handling of various litigation and non litigation dispute cases.
Responsibility 4: Contract Management
1. Draft the company's contract management system and continuously improve it;
2. Organize the development of various standard contract texts for the company and participate in the drafting of non-standard contracts;
3. Complete the review and filing of contracts for the company's headquarters;
4. Supervise the performance of contracts and participate in handling major issues during contract performance;
5. Guide and oversee the implementation of contract payments for various departments;
6. Complete the filing and preservation of important departmental information;
Qualifications for the position:
Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in law, proficient in laws and regulations such as civil and commercial law, bidding law, industry norms, and operational guidelines, familiar with the practical operation and handling of legal affairs, and possessing knowledge of enterprise management
