岗位职责：

1、在俄罗斯国内市场进行医药产品（原料药或中间体）的销售和业务发展，拜访客户，参加研讨会和展览。

2、分析市场机会、新客户映射、定价和设计促销。

3、独立完成个人销售目标。

4、优化现有市场内产品的商业性能。

5、定期召开客户会议，提升公司形象，实施促销计划。

6、根据业务目标独立制定和执行业务发展计划

任职要求：

1、8 年以上原料药或中间体销售经验;

Pharmaceutical Sales (Russia)
The monthly salary ranges from $1500 to $3500, plus an annual performance bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sell and develop pharmaceutical products (active pharmaceutical ingredients or intermediates) in the domestic Russian market, visit customers, participate in seminars and exhibitions.

2. Analyze market opportunities, new customer mapping, pricing, and design promotions.

3. Independently achieve personal sales targets.

4. Optimize the commercial performance of existing products in the market.

5. Regularly hold customer meetings to enhance the company's image and implement promotional plans.

6. Independently develop and execute business development plans based on business objectives

Job requirements:

1. More than 8 years of sales experience in active pharmaceutical ingredients or intermediates;

2. Familiar with the Russian pharmaceutical market;

3. Foreign language communication, multicultural thinking;

4. Good English writing and speaking skills;

5. Learners and researchers are meticulous in their attention to detail.
