Hard Decoration Designer (Dubai)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the space planning and design of the hard decoration part of the project, including the drawing and optimization of floor plans, elevations and sections.
2. According to customer needs, complete the design proposal and construction drawing deepening of the hard decoration scheme.
3. Assist in material selection and refinement to ensure effective docking with the construction team.
4. Track the construction site to ensure the perfect presentation of the hard decoration design effect, and solve related problems in a timely manner.
5. Cooperate with the designer of the whole case to complete the hard decoration design of the overall project.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in interior design, architectural design and other related majors.
2. More than 2 years of experience in hard decoration design, familiar with high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred.
3. Proficient in design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.), familiar with the drawing and specification of construction drawings.
4. Familiar with hard-loading materials and technological processes, with strong on-site coordination ability.
5. Have good spatial comprehension, detail control and aesthetic awareness.
6. Proactive, responsible, and team player.
Salary and welfare:
Basic salary 30w➕ commission (wrapped)
