岗位职责：
1、负责海外客户的开发，市场开拓，建立当地供应商渠道，推动我司物流产品的宣传推广和销
售，达成销售目标；
2、维护客户关系，发掘有效客户需求，并提供专业客户咨询，同时做好销售联动 ；
3、通过与客户高效沟通了解客户需求，结合公司产品，制定方案寻找销售机会并完成销售目标，能与客人建立长期合作关系，提高客户满意度；
4、做好应收账款的收取管理，完成上级交办的各项任务。
职位要求：
1、男女不限，大专及以上学历，专业不限，当地人，中文可交流；
2、有货代从业经验者或海外履历者优先；
3、对销售工作有较高的热情；
4、具体较强的学习能力和沟通能力；
5、性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和抗压能力；
6、薪资为基本工资+提成的模式，并享有公司规定的海外补贴。

Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the development of overseas customers, market expansion, the establishment of local supplier channels, the promotion and sales of our company's logistics products, and the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships, explore the effective needs of customers, provide professional customer consultation, and do a good job in sales linkage at the same time.
- Understand the needs of customers through efficient communication with them, formulate plans in combination with the company's products to find sales opportunities and complete sales targets, be able to establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
- Do a good job in the collection and management of accounts receivable and complete all tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- There is no gender limitation. Applicants should have a college degree or above, and there is no major limitation. They should be local people and be able to communicate in Chinese.
- Those with experience in freight forwarding or overseas work experience are preferred.
- Have a high enthusiasm for sales work.
- Have relatively strong learning and communication abilities.
- Have a tenacious personality, be quick-witted, and possess good adaptability and stress resistance.
- The salary is composed of the basic salary plus commission, and employees are entitled to overseas subsidies stipulated by the company.
