Summary
岗位职责
1.根据公司业务发展战略方向，收集新业务信息，挖掘商机、开发业务领域行业客户，协调各相关部门进行新客户开发、挖掘，牵头完成包括业务合作立项、解决方案提交、报价、投标、谈判、合同等工作；
2.协调统筹整合公司的各类资源，为客户提供专业的物流解决方案，提升客户满意度；
3.负责销售团队的招聘，培训，指导，带领销售团队完成该区域的销售目标；
4.完成集团交办的各项任务。
任职要求：
1.年龄25~35岁，本科或以上学历;
2.具有3年以上物流行业销售工作经验，有客户资源者优先考虑;
3.熟悉供应链全流程，具备行业深入研究和资源基础者优先;
4.具备良好的管理协调、沟通、分析解决问题能力，较强的资源整合能力;
5.能独立进行市场开发，具有较强的商业谈判能力;
6.具有乐观进取、坚韧、承担压力的性格品质。
Job Description
1. According to the strategic direction of the company's business development, collect new business information, explore business opportunities, develop industry customers in the business field, coordinate all relevant departments to develop and explore new customers, and take the lead in completing work including business cooperation project initiation, solution submission, quotation, bidding, negotiation, contract, etc;
2. Coordinate and integrate various resources of the company, provide customers with professional logistics solutions, and improve customer satisfaction;
3. Be responsible for the recruitment, training and guidance of the sales team, and lead the sales team to achieve the sales goals of the region;
4. Complete all tasks assigned by the Group.
Qualifications & Skills
- Aged 25-35, bachelor degree or above;
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, with customer resources preferred;
- Familiar with the whole supply chain process, with in-depth industry research and resource base is preferred;
- Have good management coordination, communication, analysis and problem solving ability, and strong resource integration ability;
- Be able to independently develop the market and have strong business negotiation ability;
- Have an optimistic, enterprising, tenacious and pressure bearing personality.
