Xanthan Gum Sales (Europe) - Remote Position
Salary: Annual salary of €100,000 - 150,000
Location: Remote work

Job Responsibilities:
1.Market Analysis and Sales for Colloid Business in Europe: Responsible for market analysis and sales activities related to the company's colloid business in Europe.
2.Market and Competitor Information Collection: Gather market and competitor information, understand customer needs, and complete marketing plans according to set targets.
3.Sales Target Achievement: Based on supply and demand conditions and company requirements, achieve sales targets including volume and pricing.
4.Customer Service and After-sales Support: Ensure the security of customer payments, handle after-sales services, and manage customer complaints.
Qualifications:
1.Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in the colloid industry or similar sectors, with familiarity in the food additive and pet food additive industries.
2.New Customer Development: Strong capability in developing new customers, especially end-user factories.
3.Communication Skills: Efficient communication with clients to promptly understand their needs and stay informed about competitor dynamics.
4.Travel: Willingness to travel across different European countries for client visits.
5.Local Presence: Must be a local resident of Europe; preference given to those with experience working in multinational corporations.

1.负责欧洲胶体业务的市场分析和销售工作。
2.是获取市场和竞品信息、了解客户需求,根据任务目标完成营销计划;
3.是根据供需情况和公司要求,完成量、价等销售目标;
4.是保障客户回款安全、负责客户售后服务和投诉处理。
岗位要求:
1.具有五年及以上胶体或者相似行业工作经验,熟悉食品添加剂及宠物食品添加剂行业;
2.有较强的新客户开发能力,尤其是终端用户工厂的开发;
3.能高效的沟通客户,及时了解客户需求,了解竞品动态;
4.接受欧洲不同国家的出差,客户拜访;
5.要求欧洲本地人,有跨国公司工作者优先
