Channel Manager (Thailand)
Salary: THB 50,000 - 80,000 per month
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
1.Market Development and Expansion:
Conduct research on target markets within China to identify new market opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales channels by establishing long-term cooperative relationships with industry associations, various organizational groups, real estate agents, financial institutions, etc.
2.Sales Execution and Follow-up:
Independently develop new clients, gather client information, conduct negotiations, follow-ups, and close deals to achieve set sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, provide professional home-buying advice, and assist customers through the home-purchase process.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients in the managed markets, regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback.
Establish extensive sources of potential clients and actively develop new clients.
4.Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation:
Collect information on domestic and international industry trends and competitors, analyze market trends, and provide insights for the company’s sales strategies.
Adjust sales strategies according to market changes to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5.Project Promotion and Publicity:
Participate in or organize promotional activities for projects, such as exhibitions, roadshows, etc., to enhance project recognition and influence.
Utilize multiple promotional channels like social media, online platforms, etc., to promote company projects and brand image.
6.Other Duties:
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1.Associate degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
2.At least 2 years of experience in selling overseas properties or relevant fields; familiarity with Thai property policies is preferred.
3.Preference for candidates who can work in both Chinese and English.
4.Strong market development capabilities and customer service awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a team spirit; able to handle work pressure and adapt to irregular overseas travel.
5.Good professional ethics and appearance; preference given to candidates with overseas study or work experience.

工作职责:
1、市场开发与拓展:
负责国内目标市场的调研,寻找新的市场机会点。
开拓并维护销售渠道,包括与行业商协会、各类群体组织,房地产经纪人、银行金融机构等建立长期合作关系。
2、销售执行与跟进:
独立开发新客户,挖掘客户信息,完成客户谈判、跟进与成单,达成既定销售目标。
处理客户咨询,为客户提供专业的购房建议,协助客户完成购房流程。
3、客户关系管理:
维护和发展所负责市场的现有客户,定期与客户保持沟通,及时了解客户需求和反馈。
建立广泛的客源渠道,积极开发潜在客户。
4、市场分析与策略制定:
搜集国内外相关行业动态、竞争对手信息,分析市场发展趋势,为公司制定销售策略提供依据。根据市场变化,及时调整销售策略,提高销售效率和客户满意度。
5、项目推广与宣传:
参与或组织项目推广活动,包括展会、路演等,提高项目知名度和影响力。
利用多渠道宣传手段,如社交媒体、网络平台等,推广公司项目和品牌形象。
6、其他 :完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格:
1.、大专及以上学历,市场营销、房地产管理、外语等相关专业优先。
2、具有2年以上销售海外房产或相关领域工作经验,熟悉泰国房产政策优先。
3、中英双语可为工作语言者优先考虑。
4、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户服务意识,具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够承受工作压力,适应不定期的海外出差。
5、具备良好的职业素养和形象气质,有海外留学或工作经验者优先考虑。
