Finance Manager (Thailand)

Salary: THB 100,000 - 150,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
1.Financial Department Management: Oversee the finance department of the overseas real estate company, formulate and implement financial budget plans, and supervise their execution.

2.Expense Reimbursement Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and expedite expense reimbursement processes for various business units.

3.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Review and prepare financial statements for different departments, audit all cost expenditures, perform cost accounting, expense management, cost analysis, and oversee financial analysis and tax filing.

4.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts with banks and handle intercompany transactions.

5.Financial System Establishment: Establish a reasonable financial management system based on the company's actual situation and guide its implementation to support company capital operations.

6.Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle other temporary assignments as required.

Qualifications:
1.Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields, with professional certifications such as CPA preferred.

2.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with overseas work experience being an advantage.

3.Knowledge: Familiarity with international financial and accounting standards, international financial regulations, and foreign exchange management policies.

4.Knowledge of Thai local tax laws and accounting standards is preferred.

5.Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to provide decision-making support.

6.Leadership: Excellent team management and leadership skills, capable of effectively managing multicultural teams.

7.Communication: Good communication and coordination skills, able to interact effectively with different departments and external partners.

8.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in office software and financial management software. 9.Experience in successfully implementing financial management systems and process optimization is a plus.

工作职责：
1.负责管理海外房地产公司的财务部门，制定和实施财务预算计划并监督执行。
2.组织、协调、督促各业务部门完成各项费用报销工作。
